Patient health records are treated with the highest level of security. All health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to patient records is restricted to authorized healthcare providers. The offline-first architecture ensures data remains on-device until synchronized over secure connections. We maintain audit logs of all access to patient records.
Data Storage & Offline Use
TamamHealth is designed for low-connectivity environments. Data created while offline is stored locally on your device and synchronized when internet connectivity is restored. We use industry-standard encryption for both local storage and cloud synchronization.
Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery), when required by law or legal process, with your explicit consent, and in anonymized or aggregated form for research purposes. We never share identifiable patient health data without proper authorization.
Your Rights

Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Patient health records are retained in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations. Upon account termination, we provide a data export period before permanent deletion.
Security Measures
We implement encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), role-based access controls, regular security audits, secure development practices, and incident response procedures. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children's Privacy
The Service is designed for healthcare professionals, not for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of clinical care contexts.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
